Orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Shipping time depends on the distance you are away from Cincinnati, Ohio and the shipping method selected.
In most cases, items are made to order so they will not necessarily be sold out. However, there are times when I could offer limited runs that may sell out. There may be a restock in the future, but no guarantees. Feel free to reach out and see if I’m working on more of what you’re looking for.
Yes! I can typically make any of my products to fit your preference. Want a different color combination? A movie/CD/something else I don’t have? Just reach out and we can work on something together! Please keep in mind that custom orders may take longer to ship than a regular order.
Unfortunately, once the package leaves my shop, I am unable to do anything about the speed of the shipment or the way it arrives. If you are experiencing a lost/delayed package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service. They would have more information on the package, such as where it was last scanned and when it will arrive.

First of all, I am so sorry that your package didn’t arrive safely. These orders are carefully packaged to prevent situations like this, but sometimes things can happen in the mailstream. Please reach out to me directly with any damage claims and I will gladly help.
Oh no! This can happen occasionally. Fortunately, it is not always lost. Try the following steps:
- Check with your neighbors. Sometimes packages can get accidentally delivered to the wrong address.
- Occasionally, a package can get marked “delivered” a couple days before it actually gets delivered. Please consider waiting 48 hours to see if your package shows up. If you feel you cannot wait, I recommend reaching out to the post office.
- Check your bushes, doors, sheds, cars, corners of buildings, etc. The package could have been placed somewhere unusual.
If you still cannot locate your package after 48-72 hours, please reach out to the post office for further steps.

There are a number of factors that could cause transit times to take longer than usual, such as holidays or inclement weather. Shipping costs will not be refunded due to a shipment arriving late, if the shipment was shipped on-time by SciFi And WiFi. Even with services like expedited shipping, there are things that can happen in the mailstream that are outside of my control. Returns are not accepted due to the semi-custom nature of the business.

- At this time, I do not currently offer decals, as I got rid of my decal making equipment when I started getting into 3D printing. Decals could definitely return in the future, but for now, I am focusing on 3D creations 🙂
Absolutely! The covers will distress slightly over time, depending on how much they are moved & handled, similar to real tapes. If you need a new sticker for your miniature VHS tape, please reach out and I will get a replacement out to you for a small fee of $5 🙂
